Story so far

What have we been doing?

Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, we have continued to be an active church, serving those in the community of Northwich.

Boxes of Hope

We have been blessed enough to be partnering with places like the Food Hub to give people some much needed food in this very trying time. This would not have been able to happen without the incredible help of the team that deliver the boxes and help pack them, and we are so thankful for the work they’ve put into helping families over this pandemic.

Seen, Valued and Loved Campaign

In February 2021, we launched an initiative to show the people around us that they are Seen, Valued and Loved. We opened up nominations for people all over the country to receive one of our ‘Cards of Hope’, and within 2 weeks, we had managed to send out 500 cards. This was so well received, that we have decided to extend our reach with this campaign to Easter. Make sure to get your nominations in!

Children and Youth Work

Even though we haven’t been able to meet in person since Christmas 2020, that does not mean that our two children and youth groups had to stop! Quest (7-11) has been meeting on Zoom with Sarah and Jo, they’ve been doing all sorts of different activities and generally been having a great time together!

Impact (11-15) have also been meeting on Zoom with Rosie and Brad, our youth and community workers. They’ve played some games together as well as having some really good conversations about faith.

If you or someone you know is interested in being a part of Quest and Impact, then please do contact us.

When we are in person

At Zac’s House Kingdom Community, we do our absolute best to make sure we are adhering to whatever the current government guidelines are in place at that time. When we meet for in person services at Northwich Methodist Outreach Center (NMOC) we make sure that those in attendance are wearing masks, temperature checked upon arrival and are sat socially distant. Hand sanitiser is also available.

Carols in Cars

In December 2020, we teamed up with Radio Northwich and Northwich Sainsbury’s to hold two drive in Chirstmas Carol services. These were well attended by the people of Northwich with over 120 cars across the two services!
